This robust component has the same durability of the five-leg rocker base but comes without the legs. It mounts using a standard 7-inch swivel plate as its base, and features multiple elongated mounting holes to accommodate a wide variety of seat types. Capable of swiveling 360 degrees and rocking, it has an overall height of approximately 3 inches.
